Lol...I was watching, thinking "l'm the same size as Antonia"....how wrong am l??? I'm actually 5'6" and a 18 top/16-18 bottom. I think I'm truly a size '17' tbh. Got slim legs so l may not actually look as big as l am. I stuggle not to buy sizes that are too big for me and l effectively hide. Maybe at 64 l need to stop being so self-conscious? 🤔 Liking all these vids 👏

Thanks for the tips always. Do you have any tip for low neck? i give up buying anything if it shows slightest cleavage even if its a beautiful fit everywhere else. Do you have any tip apart from wearing a camisol or mock camisole underneath as they're not that great quality.

Only using boob tape to stick down the sides of the v neck so you can position the top without showing any cleavage x

Well I really enjoyed that! I 'get' how when we lose weight, we still buy the size we were: guilty as charged! After seeing this l may drop a few tunic tops and invest in a few decent Tees and neutral camisoles and start tucking in. I've a belly but slim legs: my main area that I'm really self conscious of is having a broad back, but average sized bust (l sound like bloody Quasimodo!!😂). But maybe at 64 it's about time I stopped being so self-conscious? 🤔 I shall be watching more and subscribing 👏

I wore my jeans at the “just showing the perfect amount of ankle” length the other day and my 22yo daughter told me that length was totally out of fashion. She rolled my jeans back down to the ankle, stood back, and said “PERFECT!”. Now, I’m so confused lol. I think the higher cuff length looks better. Are the younger generation following a different style guide?

Younger kids tend to follow trends, they’re not trendsetters nor do they go for ‘classic looks’. Plus you don’t want to be wearing the same as a 22 year old do you?

It depends if you’ve got rounded shoulders or not. You need a strong angular shoulder otherwise the width of the sleeves combined with your bust and rounded shoulders will make you look bigger. You could open as many of the buttons as possible to split up bust area. X

I love watching these even if the body shape is different to mine. One thing I would say (for others) is that I purchased Vivaia shoes on your recommendation and I found them uncomfortable. They look lovely but they are restrictive and their customer service is appalling. From now on I’m sticking to brands stocked by department stores as at least you have brand integrity behind them. I see you heavily promoting them (not sure if it’s a brand deal or discount). Please bear in mind they are severely lacking in integrity and customer service. I think by recommending them you lessen your brand integrity. It’s a shame because they look stylish and work well however the company has a long way to go. If you google them all the reviews say the same. It’s a shame this company only seems to be nice to influencers / those promoting them.

I’m really sorry that you’ve had this experience. I have heard this once before but I’ve lost count at the hundreds, if not thousands of messages I get about them being incredibly comfy. That has been my experience too and we never endorse anything that we don’t believe in but we’ve had nothing but positive interactions. Sorry to hear that you haven’t. X

Naomi is charming! Such a lovely young woman, and I loved all the outfits she chose. That dark swimsuit and belted short looks smashing on her. So good! I personally love the jeans with red t-shirts the best, especially with those red Vivaia shoes. She’s ready for a really fun summer.

This is really really helpful on how to style things together. Its interesting to see Gemma who looks amazing struggle with what to pick ot what she wouldn't even consider trying on when it looks stunning on her . I had to chuckle as I started to watch your video. If only I could have watched a video like this years ago! I have almost never bought an item thinking about how it would fit into my wardrobe, what it would go with and years ago, I would simply get something I liked the look of in the shop, without even giving much consideration to what it looked like on me, or what jacket/jumper would look good with it. Then, when I needed a jacket, jumper, coat and something wasn’t quite right, oh dear! Put up with it and be ‘multicolour’ (yes, really) or go make another purchase to add to the bulk. Actually my teen son got me thinking. He would want to buy ‘an outfit’ so 2-3 items that went together and looked good together. It went against the grain of my frugal upbringing, but actually saves money and time. So I’m on the journey. My latest purchase, a linen beige-y jacket goes with virtually all my summer dresses and many other things. A lightweight one size up long sleeve denim dress goes over multiple layers underneath so I can wear it for 3 seasons. Thank you. I’m still learning and you gave a ton of great advice and insight here. Much appreciated.

Longer shorts are back in fashion but unless you’ve got very slender toned legs they’re very hard for most people to wear.
