If Chauvin had 18 complaints and was also reprimanded 3 times before all,of this.....why was he in a Training Position for other cops ! Doesn’t make sense!
@lindalove5089
@lindalove5089 3 жыл бұрын
Does not make sense because he was not a trainer or a supervisor. He was just a bad cop that did not want to follow policies and procedures.

Exactly! The 2 responding officers were total rookies and in theory when a more experienced officer arrived on scene (Chauvin)...he could’ve used that experience to diffuse the situation and be the ‘good cop’ 🤷🏻‍♀️ George Floyd was clearly in distress and a counterfeit note didn’t warrant such force? They hardly spoke to him! I guess hindsight is a wonderful thing, however they’re police officers in such trusted, powerful positions...they too, are bound by the law and their own police policies

Again, you can’t bring up prior offenses on one and not the other. Floyd passed criminal arrest record including home robbery in a home invasion. JS.

If only we had 1m medaria arrandondos on patrol. It would seem based on his demeanor and conduct today we would be 100x better off. I can see why he rose in ranks so quickly.

People don't seem to understand that the defense doesn't even get to begin to make their case until the prosecution rests. Every witness and evidence introduced so far has been cherry-picked by the state. The best the defense can do is cross examine to mitigate it, until it's their turn. The state is actually underperforming. All their witnesses have been appeals to emotion or appeals to authority, which are easily dismantled by the defense's evidence.

Yes, this is how every trial works. The witnesses for the prosecution are picked by the state-just as the witnesses for the defense are chosen by the defense.

Man I wish I could have seen the moment he was sacked and then the moment he found out he was charged with murder. Thought he was untouchable that day. Animal he is nothing but an animal to treat a person that way. The people out there who think Chauvin was right to restrain him, how can you keep with that argument when that man had his knee on his neck 3 minutes after there was no pulse. You can’t defend that! For those of you who do defend him, do you want Chauvin or tao showing up on your door should the unfortunate day come you need the police?

"Do people typically enjoy being taken into custody, do they enjoy being arrested" lol WTF answer was gonna come back other than no. I can 💯 not think off anytime I've thought yea got arrested yesterday, it was real fun. Or heard any1 describe their "fun arrest"! And "Is there a difference between being arrested or detained" is this line of questioning stating the fckin obv. I hesitate 2b critical off lawyers in the way I've seen. As fully understand they're both just doing their job. And ppl sayin I can't believe he's willing 2 defend Chauvin. Well that would obv be their view on any1 defending Chauvin. As much as I don't need a trial 2 tell me he's guilty, every1 is entitled 2 a defense Inc him. If we start handpicking who is "entitled" 2 a defense that would be sum dangerous af territory 2 get in2. So this is not criticism of defense in general. Just found that specific line off questioning amusing lol.
