I can’t get over how nature is such a major part of their tradition and so integral to their training and staying true to their ancestral roots. Everything they do to train ties to their roots and so their power is cultivated from such interconnected forces of nature that surrounds them. What a lovely narration to get us to understand such beautiful sport. ❤🎉

They maybe smaller by stature but they are as tough as any other animal that survives in Mongolian harsh weather. There is a word ‘only the strongest will survive ‘ for a reason.

Its actually a great form of wrestling for MMA maybe even the best. Compare it to American folkstyle the stance is far more upright similar to judo or Greco but the rule set is: if anything else then your feed touching to ground you loose! means this guys only train for takedowns from a upright position with leg grabbes. Of course the folkstyle and freestyle wrestling has their advantages compare to Mongolian wrestling when it comes to the transition to MMA but it is close

@Gundam_90 Жыл бұрын
6 pack is not a matter of strength, but a matter of body fat. actual strongman are jacked but also have bodyfat. this obsession with 6 pack is a modern thing, and mainly comes from professional bodybuilding. Bodybuilders try to have much lower fat to show off their muscles

@AmgalanBatErdene Жыл бұрын
Mongolian wrestling have no time limit which means wrestling takes hours. In order for you to endure that you need body fat. If someone with 6 packs wrestle he would gas out after 10 minutes. So basically it is strategic that they are not ripped.
