The trooper walking though the debris found her head in the middle of the road. A friend of mine went to the house and found her in the truck in the garage. Sad deal. I read another news story on this and it stated that he was deemed mentally ill because of a history of traumatic brain injury, mania due to psychosis, and non-compliance with medical treatment for these issues. What I would like to know is how they came by this information. Does he have a medical history here in the US? if not, what are they going on, what he's telling them? It doesn't seem feasible to me that he'd take a full file of his medical records while fleeing Cuba. Maybe whoever the authorities spoke with in Cuba knew his case? This story is crazy (no pun intended).
