@danielabeasley @@millingabout2447 "Almost" happened with the Gabriel Fernandez case but of course did not, thanks to the Spineless Judge & PA's. Every one of those lazy, incompetent, slovenly CPS Workers should have went to Prison. EVERYONE in that childs life failed him. I will never forget that poor little Angel or his Story & then a similar case in the same area happened very shortly after Gabriel. The only (can't even think of an appropriate word to describe the feeling, so I will use "thing"), but the only positive "thing" that has come from Gabriel's story is that his Mother is/has been "strongly punished" by fellow inmates ever since they found out what landed her in Prison. That's the one good thing about Inmates in Prison, they do not like or tolerate any other inmate who has harmed a child. It happens A LOT, we just don't get to hear about it very often is because it makes the Prison Systems look bad. I only accidentally found out about it after researching & stumbling across some Podcaster that interviews released inmates that weren't afraid to tell what they had witnessed. Same goes for all the crime on the streets that our Officers risk their lives to clean up only for the Cowards/Spineless that run our Criminal Justice Systems who turn around & let the monsters right back out on the streets with slaps on the wrists, plea deals, early releases, inadequate sentences & so much more. It's beyond disgusting & disturbing. YT will probably delete this comment because it's all truth & facts, & for some sick reason, they do not allow that.

Judges are never held responsible for anything, ever. They have immunity built into the law. A judge can do what he wants, and at most, the decision can be over-ruled by a higher court. But the judge will still be a judge. No matter how ridiculous their rulings or abusive and inept they are - the judge will not be sued or criminally charged. They can't be.

Blame the system but you can also blame yourselves to an extent. Everyone that spews out feminist/leftist propaganda is equally responsible. For fucks sake people see single parent households as normal nowadays when they absolutely should not. There is nothing normal or natural about a single parent household but people keep propping them up and creating them instead of keeping their legs closed. I equally blame everybody that refuses to tell women to shut up when they complain about "oppression".

As a guy holding a diploma in International Policy and Conflict Resolution, everything on that front is also a failure. I was on the MUN team that went to nationals and took it when I was in university. I'll also say the United Nations is a failure. I work professionally as an archaeologist and anthropologist and the common denominator that I see in all Socio-Political failures is the simple fact that everyone just wants to point fingers at nameless people and agencies to solve everything. Nothing will change or get better until more people decide to take things into their own hand and getting directly involved themselves. Dumping off responsibility on government and organizations is just how we open up windows for dereliction of duty and corruption.

The judge and CPS murdered Eli. As a past foster parent, you learn in training that the state will always choose family and aim for reunification. That means anyone who fosters will be handing their kids back, often directly into harm. This is why no one fosters - it is heartbreaking. It ends up being a majority who use it as a source of income. RIP Eli

This is standard in Dakota county. My sons mom was labeled dangerous by her therapist and my son’s therapist and they still were pushing for reunification. It has to be reapproached at 365 days to see if she’s still a viable option. They extended it two more times. After a long two years and 20k plus spent by me, I finally got full custody of my son. His mom only sees him twice a month supervised by me

This is why my husband and I can’t foster. We would not be able to be kind or understanding of the family members and we would find it impossible to give kids back to bad families. It’s truly infuriating that reunification is always the goal. That’s why there are so many older kids with severe trauma in foster care. They need to remove them when they are young and give them a max of 6 months to fix things and if not those babies become available for adoption!

@@allieannette3712 CPS workers do not care about being held accountable, because they never will be. The courts are far from underfunded friend. The simple fact is, they don't care. The courts do not care, CPS does not care, and the people who run and maintain these things do not care. Sure there may be outliers which happen, both in cases where children are actually protected and people in these systems who do care. However - we see time and time again these "mistakes" are a repeated and constant sent of "mistakes" which occur far more frequently than one might like to think. True, saying that "The System" should be held accountable is broad, yet any reasonable person can understand what that actually entails. That simply entails holding those who put him in that situation accountable by charging them with neglect for failing to do the very thing their jobs exist for. The main people being the Judges who constantly placed him back in his mothers care after she has been shown time and time again to be a complete danger to herself and - more importantly- her child. The only way for CPS to actually function anymore is to upturn and redo the whole CPS system. Put in people who actually care for the children involved in these cases, and make laws even clearer than they are.
