Alexander Stavroulakis In G1, there was something called Kaita, and more specifically, Toa Kaita, which were fusions of three beings, in the case of a Toa Kaita, Toa. The Toa Mata fused into two diffrent Toa Kaita; Tahu, Onua and Pohatu became Akamai, Toa Kaita of Valor; Lewa, Gali and Kopaka became Wairuha, Toa Kaita of Wisdom. So, it's basically, Fire, Earth and Stone, and then Air/Jungle, Water and Ice.

It's got a very epic feel to it that would fit right in with the other tracks you've already used. There's another, older, fan series, "Chronicles of the Chronicler," which used certain Macload tracks that could also fit, however it's been awhile so I don't remember exactly.

MNL this is pretty awesome. Even though everything is being narrated and the story is being told to us derectly the accompanying scenes are really well done and the voice acting is pretty good too. I like how the protector's powers are interpreted. They seem like they could effectively defend their villages. I was completely hooked when watching. The only thing that was I thought was a bit weird was the end because I didn't realize a skull spider was in the room so when Thai destroyed it I was just confused. Well done though. Worth the wait
@Tajealos7 жыл бұрын
This is probably, hands-down, the best animated Bionicle content ever. The combination of stopmotion animation and computer generated imagery looks astounding. The bending and warping of normally static pieces really helps bring life to characters (particularly the Skull Spiders) Just... visually, it's a masterpiece. However, I feel there is room to improve on the storytelling and voice acting, particularly Tahu's interactions with Narmoto; the whole thing between them seemed more like a forced info/lore-dump for the viewer than a Toa looking to his Elder for guidance and answers. I'd suggest trying to bring more of a 'Turaga' influence to the Protectors so they seem wiser and more knowledgable, instead of just walking memory banks. I think the main difference between the Protectors and the Turaga is how they deliver the information the Toa request, and how much of said information they actually share. The Turaga would, on many ocassions, withhold information from the Toa until they deemed in necessary to tell them, and they would always share it almost like you would a tale instead of just informtion. (I think they lied a few times as well, but don't quote me on that.) The Protectors, by contrast, share any and all information the Toa ask for in a "here's exactly what you want, nothing more, nothing less"-type format, which is nice for understanding what's happening, but it's very boring and doesn't give the Protectors much character. Tahu's delivery also sounded kind of flat and lifeless to me when compared to Narmoto. (That is just my opinion though.) Now, I'm not trying to bash your work or anything. A LOT of time and effort went into this, and it definitely shows. I'm just here to offer my two widgets as to how you might be able to improve your work so it's a more enjoyable viewing experience for everyone. (Or, I might not know anything. You are always free to disregard my input entirely, I am just an anonymous voice on the internet after all.)

My god, this is truly impressive, well done! This is the tone gen 2 should have had. I love how you worked in the Chronicler's company and adjusted the story to feel more in line with what we came to expect in gen 1, more serious, more melodramatic.I sincerely hope you continue this series, watching this has made this old fan nostalgic. It was sad that gen 2 was never given the proper attention and resources befitting the Bionicle theme, LEGO's biggest in-house success story prior to Ninjago. Instead, it was left to flounder with a small budget and next to no advertising, how could it have been expected to succeed if a new generation of potential fans had no information to go on or even know it existed? Over half of what made gen 1 succeed was the story and world building, without it, they're just some colorful robots. *sigh* such wasted potential, chances are we shall never see its like again...

As I said on Facebook, truly a masterpiece. I was curious-Narmoto's dialogue makes it sound like the Protectors are the same set from 1000 years ago-was that intentional or just how my brain happened to process it? It's a pity there wasn't an orange Okotan mask released for Nuparu-with that and his attitude the Earth Okotan seemed more like Onepu. Lovely work once again.
