I haven't listened via their site as I download them from Google podcasts so I can listen to them while working so I haven't had any problems other than Google not seemingly giving a way of giving reviews. I would be shocked by some of their antics but given I walked in on my mid 70s mum while sorting out the online shopping for her only to find her watching Babestation nothing shocks me much though I did ask if I should order some Canesten for the woman on the TV as it seemed she had a really nasty itch the way she was scratching. But that in itself shouldn't be shocking either as 2 of her favourite programs outside of the soaps are Songs of Praise and Naked Attraction...

Thanks for the great video again. You are cruising right along with soybean planting. Your new planter setup is relatively easy to switch over to soybeans. Slick process. Good decision to change the planter. Thanks for showing us what needs to be done.

I'd think long and hard about a remanufactured engine, from JD. Warren, Western Truck and Tractor Repair here on KZbin, just put a remaned engine from JD in a 9620T. It made it no more than 20 miles (judging by the video) on its maiden run, before it went KAPUT. Something came apart in the engine and the tractor now needs another (3rd) engine.

Running the depth wheels a little loose doesn't hurt anything that's what the mud scrapers are there for, and with the mud smith gauge wheels you have its even less important they let the mud escape. Running them tight against the disc like some guys do will prematurely wear the inside of the rubber down....If you brake down a pro box it will fit nicely under the ccs tanks for dumping seed. If you didn't purge before you dump the mini units.... you shot line corn in the mini boxes you just cleaned out:) A remand 13.5 Deere about $50,000 installed:(

I was rolling bean ground when that front hit us. I could see it coming from the NW. I thought it was rain at first so I headed for the approach right away. It wasn't rain it was dust & corn leaves. The first batch passed & I took off across the field then the second wave hit. The dust was so thick I couldn't see 30 feet in front of the tractor. It only lasted for 15 or 20 seconds but wow it was dusty. All we got was a couple of dozen raindrops out of it. We could really use some rain.

That tractor going down is a real bugger. Warren is a mechanic at Western Truck & Tractor Repair is working a big Deere like yours. The farmer has had issues with it. Deere sent them a reman engine. Warren installed it, drove it about 2 miles and it busted a cam. I don't know what the answer is, but gotta do something with it. Good luck!

I am not 100 percent sure because we run kinze planters but when you and putting in the yellow brush that is smoother that is another brush to help prevent doubles. It is stiffer with corn because it is that more important that you do not have double especially in those open spaces

BEWARE of JD remaned engines, watch "western truck and tractor repair" on YT, Warren put a new re=man in a 9620 in one of his latest video's, took it for trial run down road a couple of mile, it never made it back, Engine busted, bent valves, engine lost timing, scrap after less than a hour running. Video title "This is why I rebuild engines myself (no remans). good luck with that idea Zach

Since you guys try to maximize the number of growing days per year toward your crops, I don't think you'll ever get much of a stand of rye like we get in the Midwest. However, every little bit helps with erosion during the winter. Also, the rye is mining nutrients from deeper in your soil profile, and bringing them up for the beans to use this growing season. Hope you get 80 bushels per acre on those acres.

Now Zac, whilst it is a mute point, you refer to your box of hand tools as wrenches. They are known in my world ( all countries outside of the USA) as open-ended and or ring tools are called SPANNERS. Spanners are a fixed size, except for what we call "Adjustable Spanner/Wrench" such as a "Crescent Wrench". Wrenches have an adjustment capability such as a pipe wrench.

Look into the video and it's easy to see One and one makes two, two and one makes three, It was destiny Once every hundred thousand seeds or so When the sun doth shine And the moon doth glow and the corn doth grow There shined a shiny planter, In the middle of the field, And it said! Plant the best field in the world, or I'll eat your soul... Well me and John Deere, We looked at each other, And we each said, Okay.
@carl27553 жыл бұрын
That's brutal news on the 9560RT, especially for tractor that is 7-8 years old. My recommendation is to take some time to shop around for solutions because the solutions provided by the Deere dealers will not be cheap. (Guess how I know) There has to be a shop around that will rebuild it for a reasonable price.

If the crank journals and sleeves don't look too bad I'd maybe just roll some new crank and rod bearings in it and see how much more life you can get out of the engine and then after you run it for a day change the oil and then maybe change the oil again a second time after 30 hours and just hope for the best.
