It's truly an act of blasphemy that this piece wasn't included on the soundtrack. It just hits you in your soul.

I've loved Bill Lee's music since first hearing it and I wish I had his entire collection of work. It's very inspirational and soul-catching. He should be recognized as a True Treasure of the musical community.

@DJ This; the film's opening score (which, sadly was NOT included in the OST release) and Harlem Blues the "Acapulco" version are my two favourites from the film, and of my favourites from the entire 1990's. In 1990, I was robust barrel chested ice hockey player, and I can remember fighting back the tears, during the opening credits so my date wouldn't see me. It's still one of the most moving pieces of music I've ever heard. Bill Lee conducting the Natural Spiritual Orchestra would be my guess. NSO had me hooked after School Daze with the end theme "We Already Left" Thanks for posting this
