These are the things that fuel their individual soul. God is the highest power and in love you’ll find integrity, not money. Money is the root of all evil. The higher power is God and that of love. We are down here making eternal life decisions in the #SpiritualWarfare as human beings.

What's the integrity, what was this all about. Sometimes you got to stoop to do better, how many gigs Steve Harvey has 4 to 5 I, I stop counting, all these people like Tyler perry, ophray, Ray Charles, Sidney Poitier, Hailey berry much much more, Eddie Murphy, these people can tell stories. Stop with the fiery mouth it gets you into trouble.

It is important to acknowledge that many people stood by Monique's side when she spoke about her experiences, but, unfortunately, this wasn't widely discussed. Additionally, it is worth noting that many black women had previously spoken out about similar situations to Monique's, but their voices were not given the same attention. Ultimately, everyone must support and stand up for each other to create a more just society.

She disagree! Ok! Say sorry for what! She is stating she worth something she isn't. Like a product in the store that is to high. You go to the store you say its to high. You don't buy and the rest of the customers in the store doesn't buy. What happens the price comes down. Because they need to sell it or it goes bad and they take a loss on it. My point if you can find a gig at your price from anywhere. Than you are over pricing yourself! Mo sounds proper in interviews. But on stage she sounds ghetto and etc. so she is type cast for roles like that. But there aren't to many and the competition is huge for them too. Even People in jobs today. Those jobs have a range! $60k-80k. You start at $65k. When you break out of the range. The company has to than think is it worth keeping you or hire someone new at $65k and start the process all over. Some jobs if they qualify for the position and can do the work. That's all they need. From a business standpoint. The loyalty is nice but if you get $100k for a $65k job and you aren't the only one if a company has 5,000 people in the same situation. you talking about $175 Million a year extra on top of the regular pay. Even if the company is grossing a billion a year that is 17.5% which has to be passed to the customer. And remember what I said about the product being to high. An increase in product cost may cause the customer not buy! So it may cause not only 5,000 people to lose their job but 15,000 people to lose their job. Thats because of the 5,000 people wanting more money. And maybe the company shuts down. You can say oh well and get another job. But the company owners are responsible and now going lose their retirements or futures!

She's strong af for standing up for herself, but dumb af for talking trashy publically about her opponents while doing it. It was professional issue involving millions of dollars and involving her professional career and corporate Executives and corporate entities in her profession. You gotta keep it classy. And now she's saying that she was responding as a comedian would respond by making that they can suck my D joke. But it's not time for jokes. It's time for being serious. She let her emotions get the best of her and went to a lower level. When you do that, and entities have the ability to take away opportunity from you, that's what's going to happen. I mean, duh... but then she said they took away her livelihood, not opportunities. Now she's using Dramatics to make her look like the complete victim, when in fact they did not take away her livelihood. They took away certain opportunities from her and now she gets less opportunities and less money. That's precisely what happens when you embarrass people and corporate entities instead of having civil conversations. She actually made her own bed. And now she lies in it. That's called life.

Now watch with in 1-3 yrs what she did is what more will do and be called hero's but what about Monique who started it all? I can be wrong but this is how I honestly feel. She's done with the games and should be aloud an opinipn. She well earned it many yrs ago I would have said the same in her shoes.

Integrity without wisdom is not smart. Steve also demonstrated integrity as the provider of his household. Monique needed to exercise wisdom and control over her own mouth. She knew she didn't like the deal, why streamline others and disrespect them? All these movie stars have their own reality stories of how horrid their lives were and the sacrifice they made to get where they are. Whatever the paycheck she was going to get would still be more than what others have. There is wisdom in fighting battles, whether revolutionary civil ones or political ones. It is clear she was waging a war, but not with the right approach. Got to love them both for being strong enough to stick to their own points and belief throughout the disagreement.

You must have not watched most of her interviews. She gets angry alot especially when you disagree with her. Which is exactly why she said in this same interview that she had to learn to agree to disagree without getting angry. She's always been hostile. Look up her past interviews. She knew the Steve Harvey show would get more publicity which is why she held her composure. She's not always that nice trust me.

This is one of the best conversations ive seen on tv. This was a teaching moment, from both of them. The level of discussion, the arguments, everything was a learning process. I agree with both of them but more with Monique, although i see where Stevie is coming from. He is basically saying "you can achieve the same by acting different". Meaning theres more ways to achieve results. But Monique was absolutely right when she talks about integrity. It doesnt put food on your table? Well, then, it means the ends justifies the means and thats exactly the problem. Its because of that narrative that people like Harvey Einstein and Bill Cosby got away with their misdemeanors... because it would be more damaging to the industry to lock them away then not. Same with Polansky, the movie director. If Hollywood had any integrity, those people would never do what they did for so long. Well done Monique and Steve. I just wished we could see more of this on tv: two of our black icons have a debate without cursing each other and screaming for nothing.

How did they treat her? You call a Rosanne your sister, but you call out Oprah, Tyler Perry, and Lee Daniels? How does that work Mo? Also, your fight is, your fight. You expect everyone to be on board with you. That's why the Netflix boycott failed. Cable cost 80 dollars and up. Netflix cost 10. You're expecting people who can't afford cable to follow you because they offered you $500,000. I agree with Steve only on this one thing, that a rich people problem.
