Move the water tank over the axle to reduce the tongue weight. We pull a small trailer with a 04 v-6 mustang. Great job on the trailer

Thank you for the advice, I placed it towards the tongue of the trailer because I needed space to fit my pressure washer. I'm going to be doing a new build soon, so we will see how I place the tank on my next trailer. I appreciate the view and the comment input, it helps grow my channel organically.

Hey boss i seen the inside of your tank is dirty i usually do maintenance every 2 months on it by putting a 2 pints of pure clorox in there it helps clean out all the alge out and decontaminate it put it in and fill up w di water go wash cars its safe to use while it has clorox i done it plenty times only thing is as its cleaning all the bacteria and debris out the pressure washer pump tends to get clogged with all the shit coming out the tank but other than that all you gotta do is unclogg it youll have a brand new fresh looking tank from the inside of it and your water will look crystal blue bro keep up the good work man and great content brotha ! I haven't had any problems with it regular use for 2 years now simple cleaning within it to keep it running great. I plan on buying a bigger one also same brand wouldn't ever switch to another it works great very strong even off my generator.

Love it bro🙏🏼🤟🏼 better than 99% of beginner set ups I’ve seen. I would for sure go with p&s or shine supply for products. Chemical guys is really expensive for a medium quality product. P&S xpress interior cleaner, pearl soap and bead maker in 5 gallons have changed the game for my business. Save a bunch of money and high quality products. Also of you shop on clean garage you will get money back (ex. Spend $500 get a $25 credit). Thats free pads or towels👀😂

There is only a few things I like from chemical guys, I will be checking out other detail shops looking at a few different brands for future supplies restock. There's magnetic things you can get with company info you can put on your car while detailing and take it off when using it for regular use. It should help you get more customers too

No problem. I run a location for a fuel company and one of the trucks we service has magnetic stickers. They seem to hold on to the vehicle good. I'm sure a Google search will produce a company that you can get it made

I’d like to do this to a 2009 but build everything onto a tow hitch cargo box including a 30gallon water tank and generator. It would be cool sides that open up to lock and access everything. Any thoughts besides the limited water?

It would be cool if it has sides that lock everything up. I never did think about that, I'm loving this setup and it has helped me so much in this business, it puts in mad work washing cars. I'm going to start building my next version setup within the year, so we will see what I can think of next to switch up the game here, I just love building these setups. It's a lot of fun.

What size straps are you using on the water tank

Honestly, I’ve had them for a while now don’t remember their size, I just went to harbor freight bought the beefiest ones I could find, never came loose on me, no tearing issues. Anything strap related to your setup, it’s best to keep out of the sun light so the sun doesn’t cook your straps 🔥😎🌞. Good luck 👍🏼🍀

How is it towing it around in the small car

It's fun, and fuel efficient. I'm still using this setup successfully today. Mostly because I'm limited on space where I live. Once I have more room I definitely will build a bigger setup with a different vehicle. But for now, this Prius is getting the job done amazingly. Gonna upgrade my Prius rear shocks for a better ride while towing the trailer. It's also important to keep your vehicle fully maintained mechanically whenever you tow.

Very small lol, its about 4X4 Ft Trailer, I still use it every week to wash my personal vehicles, best thing I ever built!

How much did you make off a car? If you don’t mind sharing?

The cheapest I will touch any standard compact car for is about $45-$55, otherwise it doesn't make sense to provide this service you'll just be working your body for little pay, you don't want to do that in life ever. Make sure you charge enough to cover your supplies and profit. If the client doesn't like your prices then let them find "someone who can do it cheaper". I don't neglect any areas of the vehicle, I'm always satisfied with how I leave customers cars so I'm not afraid to ask for premium pricing. The starting level detail at any car wash is about $60, your coming to the person in this business so they should respect prices of that area since it's a convenient service your offering coming to their location.

tssssss you are right! Going to paint my tank that's the next step I guess lol, I don't know why I didn't think about that one. Yes I did the break in before using the generator, it's officially broken in now. It runs great love this generator, don't know why I struggled for so long, that's how it always goes lol.
