You can set phone to ONLY accept calls from numbers that are in your contacts. Or Block unknown callers.

With all due respect to your repurposing and use of phone, I have to say this is NOT good for a few reasons but the one I have to mention, is the cost. You are going to have to pay for cell service for just that phone ONLY one reason, to open just that door or whatever you are locking. This thing and be done way easier with a smart switch. Again I like the work and thought you put into it. I am not here to belittle you or your project. I just can't get passed spending not even $20 a month just to open one thing.

Very good job. But before I proceed doing that help me. If I leave the house who will press the switch to activate the locker? Because I'm outside, I can only unlock with the phone.

@@fairelectro hello again. I've started the search for components. More questions please. 1. Which type of 12v battery? O,5ah 1ah or what? Or better, can you attach a picture? I quickly found the actuator and others simply watching the clip. How can i build a transformer from 220v to 12v and attach it to the switch? 2. The phone under actuator can remain plugged in all day? I'm asking that because from 5am until 9pm I'm outside the house. Thanks a lot.
