Great information, and thanks for sharing. Three rapid fire tech question, what ND filters do you use, and do you use them with a gimbal and what gimbal do you use? I have ND filters for my phone, but whenever I try to use with my gimbals (I have three different one), and I always have balancing issues.

Just a question. When do you adjust the white balance using a card, before or after you attach ND filter?

Can we have shutter angle in Filmic Pro?? Please, please, please??

Hi Cassius, Filmic Pro is a brilliant app indeed. Love your F-M-B technique! When using the sister-app Remote you will be allowed to work with a focus puller. Yes a pair of extra hands but the camera operator's work becomes way easier. So maybe you could do a video on this? Kind regards from The Netherlands

When I set 60fps on my S10, the anamorphic option is disabled. If I set 30fps or less, it's enabled. So I can't use slow motion with anamorphic lens? So sad...

Quick novice question; when switching to a specific Tone Map in Filmic Pro, what can we use the sliders below for? I’ve adjusted these and noticed I’m able to tweak highlights and shadows so that I’m not getting peaks. Is this what they’re for or am I using these things incorrectly?

Hi. Thanks for these videos. They are really helping me learn. So,if I set my iso and shutter speed accordingly, do I lock the white circle and square so they stay red,or keep them white?

Thank you for this.. i have a question to ask. How did you achieve a smooth slo mo when you shot the video in 24fps?

Is it also possible to take photos using FilmicPro? And if not is there an application that's as good as Filmic but made for photography?

FiLMiC Pro records video in LOG 10 bit on iPhone 12?
@brianbarron14204 жыл бұрын
Yup I use filmic pro but on android and neither of my phones allow for 24 fps unfortunately. Most of my shotting is more videograhy so 30fps and 1/60 unless I need 50 Hz flicker doh that makes it 1/50 then

You mention double the 24 rate to 48 but then you keep refering to "one fourty eight"??????

1/48th of a second. the number 48 on the camera in this case iphone is actually a fraction of a second. so lets say he's doing slow mo and shooting at 60 frames per second you would then double for shutter speed form 60 (60 *2 ) and shoot at "one-twentieth (1/120th)" in some camera's cases you'd have to round up as there is no 120 and shoot at the closest available shutter speed which is 125 (1/125th of a second) So one forty eighth of a second is not 148 but actually 1/48th. hope that kinda explains it.
