I bought the basic course what they don’t tell you is YOU CANT RENT THE MOBILE HOMES OUT! Your only one!!!! exist strategy is to hope someone get a loan and buys the home after you fixed it up if not your stuck with paying lot rent

This may have worked back then but as of recent 2024! Trying rent out your mobile home for CASHFLOW l called hundreds of Mobile home parks in Tampa Fl which is where I live none of them allow renting out your mobile home Also if they ever did the lot rent is so dam high it’s almost impossible to make any cash flow maybe $50 to 100$ profit , for me unless I’m missing something it’s a terrible investment!! By they way I bought his basic course , and ran across this problem tried contacting him multiple times he ghosted me like Casper !!

@@uprighthomes not brand new. They range from 2000 to 2020. The 2020 I paid a little more because it was brand new I paid 30 for a 70 thousand trailer because she got married and needed it gone. The deals are out there you just got to look. And I do all my own work from building pads to laying new electrical and rebuilding the trailers if you like to see I can show the pics of me and my little crew doing it all.

Space rent in California near Santa Rosa start abkut $800 a month. Times 12... only to go up when the greed sets in with the land owner. You never own the land it sits on.

@@garyssimoThose are not terrible restrictions at all they are all reasonable. So many mobile home parks look like trash so I don’t blame them for having those rules. It’s like being in an HOA when you buy a SFH.

I must have missed the boat, as far as renting mobile homes out for CASHFLOW, This is 2024 and I have called at least 100 mobile home parks In 3 states Tampa Fl we’re I live and mostly all of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, also the Carolina’s which all the Mobile Home Parks management said IF YOU HAVE OR OUT RIGHT OWN YOUR MOBILE HOME YOU CANT RENT IT OUT/ NO SUBLEASING!! So is there a city in US that allows renting that im not aware of can someone please help thanks

The property must be on owner land....ground rent is ridiculous in some parts of the country. Where I live in FL it's outrageous. And I wish I could find someone like this gentleman in northern FL. I am definitely interested in alternatives. Paying $250,000 for a home and that's a bargain? If anyone does this in N FL, please contact me.
