That’s an handy miter saw cart. I’m still deciding on what I want to do with mine. Right now it’s on a nice Ryobe stand that has great pull out extensions for longer bards. Since I use it mostly to break down longer boards it sits under my lumber rack. Part of me wants a simple cart like yours and another part of me wants a stationary miter saw station with storage. Since I don’t have the time to make anything right now I can still think about what I want. That laser is awesome. I’d love to just have a small one.

If it were my miter saw cart I'd have used large bolts just to allow adjustability. Maybe make one wing another half foot longer or something for fun. Missing the Boiled Linseed Oil under the saw. Tisk tisk haha. Great video on this one man. The shot of you using the random orbit sander looked like a Makita commercial. Great music and sound effects.

You are doing a great job of rolling out one video after another after another - good for you. As a content creator myself, I know how challenging that is. I assume you must have a good cameraman and perhaps someone else is spending most of the time on the editing. I hope your subscriptions and views expand rapidly. Keep up the great work! Hey Jonathan. I saw that you applied glue to all of the sides of the box for the mobile miter station. If you have pocket screws do you need to use glue or is it optional? Please advise. I am a new woodworker and this is one of my first projects. Indeed this opens a lot of possibilities in the shop as well as storage. I put my box together already with pocket screws (no glue). I ask because I can undo add the glue and close up if necessary. I look forward to your response.

@katzmosestools5 жыл бұрын
I dont but if you watch the video I say most of the dimensions
@bryanmoir5 жыл бұрын
@@katzmosestools This is brilliant! I built a mitre station and it took up 12 feet of my workshop. While it does serve the purpose and provided lost of space to park the rest of my tools underneath, it still was not a very efficient use of the space - primarily as I use the mitre saw just to chop the wood down to size as it moves through the various other stages. This is such a better approach that I am already reorganizing my workflow and tearing down the mitre station I completed last January. If you could comment on dust control that would be welcomed. The mitre saw seems to produce more dust than any other tool I have and there is nothing worse than dealing with a perpetually dusty shop, and I do have a central dust collection system and a mobile shop-vac,but have never adequately been able to collect the dust from the mitre saw... it's a big Bosch 14" mother...if you know what I mean, and I'm not talking about Shaft either. :) Thanks Jonathan. btw the dovetail jig is an amazing aid & is indispensable Cheers!
