This great. I do all these except for the last one all the time. I do squats but not that one.

Great! You can start practicing by sitting in and out of a chair (perhaps without using your hands) -- or without a chair: take feet wider than hips and drop to your degree of 'comfort' (ie edge of discomfort-- but not pain). Hope this helps!
