This is awesome!! Years of shoulder pain. Trying everything from injections to numerous rehab plans and I’ve been doing all of these exercises and my shoulders feel 80-90% better. Still improving…

@@ThePhysioFix Depends what kind of movement, and if the movement is done properly, there is no "one size fits all"... Last year I got bursitis from the "stick pass through" exercise, it took many months and physiotherapy hassle to feel better. After all, by watching numerous videos about this exercise on different KZbin channels I found out that this is done with protracted shoulders and shrugging when the stick passes over the head, so details matter

My right shoulder is more stiffer than my left. I passed this test back in high school but over the years maybe from building more muscle or maybe just age but i cant do it anymore lol definitely going to try this every day

Everyone is different but it is all about the graded exposure for both mobility and exercises :)

I have no pain whatsoever. I'm just not able to touch my own back lol Imma try this routine and see if I can improve that

I would say 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps of each one :)

Not impossible, you just might need to start with a smaller range of motion. You got this!
