I believe Mobvoi makes some nice watches but that is as far as I will go. I've been waiting for the GPS Ultra's update for over a year now. I believe my software version is from 2021. I believe it's safe to say it won't be arriving. When they decide to jump full in, I think I will give them another chance.

Don’t buy it. I have the Ticwatch pro 3 pro. They promised updates but the last security update is back to 2021. No support. Nothing. It’s a pity.. so beautiful watch with no support no updates. Never again

"Those update might never come" I think that's an exclusive to Mobvoi? lol In today's world, i think updates are just as important as what the hardware offer.

Battery life is 3 to 4 days on AMOLED always on if you disable tilt to wake. Although my Google wallet only works about 50% of the time which is really annoying

Google Pay works well 98% of the time for me. I'm pretty sure that the only time the POS device comes up with an error and tells me to use my card is due to the POS device being faulty or software/firmware too old/out of date.

@@rick_terscale1111 yeah a lot of people don't have my issue but Google and Mobvoi have been poor at trying to rectify it. I also had the same issue on ticwatch pro 3. So I'm guessing some conflict between my OnePlus phone and the watch.

I love how we live in an age where a smart watch is considered good if it has a good battery life. Then to maximize this the only current technology is a means to turn the watch into a basic time display..... you see where I'm going with this right...? For decades we've had worst watches that show us the time that batteries also last forever ...we also carry around on our person at all times a mobile device that has all the apps and things we use. If your glorifying a watch on the basis of it's battery but only in it's most basic function then it's nothing more than a ....you guessed it, a watch. Capitalism has people thinking they need something when they really don't. Your phone has all the apps and tells the time, your never going to go without your phone and a watch that isn't able to maintain a long enough charge compared to conventional watches is ridiculous right now. .. Some people though, some people will buy anything to he part of anything. 🤷

You'd have to think that battery life is the main driver for most people. I sent back the Google watch after 3 days as it's battery life was abysmal, a complete joke and it was a tiny watch overall. A complete lost opportunity to grab market share. The Samsungs just don't work well enough with non Samsung phones, so Ticwatch is the only real other option, and I'm just not sure. It seems expensive for some of the compromises, dated looking apps and that odd charger. I had a Huawei watch GT that lasted a week and looked great but again had its limitations. It's frustrating buying watches for Android

Plus the seemingly terrible customer support and unlikely future updates makes this watch a real challenge to purchase at full price. I love the new Sandstone color just released but still. I really want a smartwatch that I can leave all the smartness enabled on and not have to charge it twice a day. Still leaning towards the Galaxy 6 Classic but will probably wait a few months and see what the holiday pricing is before I decide. I'm not expecting the next version of Pixel watch to have any vast improvements so I may end up moving to a Samsung watch and phone and never look back.
