Everytime I put my moby on to hold baby it's always way to Loose i start out tight to the body and when I go to put baby in it's way to loose it doesnt hold babies head I have a newborn btw any tips

This video really sucks. You need to have the model turn around whenever things are being done on the backside.

You video instructions are too fast and the written instructions should be at the top not at the bottom where they can get obscured by the play bar when you inevitably have to pause and replay the video. Also can you show how you would do this with a crying and squirmy baby? Thanks.

Probably a bit late for this, but incase anyone else it checking out the video, you can hit the cog tab and change the speed of the video to 0.5 if its too fast.
