Does it still make a mess on the countertop of excess coffee grinds like other grinder?

Damn, you're really meticulous in the way you brew. Personally, I wouldn't be able to muster up the time and effort. For me, coffee is not a part of a ritual. When I brew tea however, is when I can really wait and be present in the ritual. Still, it was fascinating to hear you talk about the array of adjustments that would influence the final taste.
