Not skipping ads coz someone offering helpful and valuable information to people aspiring to become call center agents deserve them coinssss. I'm not working at a BPO company though (I did undergo training for 9 days however until I was h*rassed), I really just have HUGE respect for y'all because I don't have the guts to do what you guys do. QA would definitely dis agree with the outcome, this is what I usually do when we can't do anything but still if the customer gives negative CSAT The management will blame it to you.
