Not skipping ads coz someone offering helpful and valuable information to people aspiring to become call center agents deserve them coinssss. I'm not working at a BPO company though (I did undergo training for 9 days however until I was h*rassed), I really just have HUGE respect for y'all because I don't have the guts to do what you guys do. Salute!

QA would definitely dis agree with the outcome, this is what I usually do when we can't do anything but still if the customer gives negative CSAT The management will blame it to you.

Is this a mock call or mocking a client while on a call? The eye-rolls and the statements only escalate this call more.

hello Miss I have a question regarding with this video. Since the issue of the customer is late payment fee, i guess the agent should offer saving card in autopay to prevent late payment fee. ❤
