I couldn't identify the song for some reason I was confusing it with a cardinal but I hear the big difference in their songs I love listening to them both *but what bird do I hear at night* ? I read it wasn't a nightingale... I'm in maryland

You are likely hearing Mockingbird, they are great mimics of other birds. If there's a street light, the males will sing all night!

@@TomKennedysScience Today I witness a full grown sparrow feed what appeared to be another adult sparrow I didn't know mothers still feed their young once they're out of the nest!???
