Hi Rob. Great video. I already used the one with the ipad and i am now trying the one with the mug but for some reason I am struggling. When I past my image instead of the red grid, it says "Can't save this document back to its original file format. Flatten layers and discard extra data as necessary and choose File > Save again".

The Cynergist just close it as you would any photoshop document... just make sure you saved.

@@CynergyDiva at the end, with the lasso tool, im just tweaking my rectangle section to fit the proportions of the mug. so i added a bit of selection at the bottom and removed a bit of selection at the top. It's really not necessary as it's unlikely that your finished design will reach the outer extremities of the mug
