What is the difference if we solve using Coulombs theory

The major difference would be the angle of the earth pressure. In Rankine's method it depends on the slope angle whereas in Coulomb's theory it depends on the angle of the back of the wall and the angle of friction between the wall and the soil.

Because it was calculated considering a 1-meter-portion of the wall.
