I actually use many things in combination For Reshade, since sims 3 is actually a very blurry game, I use sharpening filters, it makes a very big difference on how your game looks. For my HQ mod, I made it myself using this tutorial (here: tariks-sims.tumblr.com/post/170814002839/how-do-you-make-your-own-hq-mod), but I'd recommending downloading one if you're not used to messing with sims 3 game files and you're scared of breaking anything. I have my settings on high, to make sure my sims aren't blurry in any way ! My secret sauce is the smoothfacenormals slider by Pu chi house, it completly smooths your sims's faces and takes out any shadows on there (here's a demonstration by me :kwimii999.tumblr.com/post/750731246652506112/what-is-smoothfacenormals) and CC is only a plus ;) I just tend to go for a more semi-realistic look for my sims ! Hope this helps !

@@kwimiiis the smooth face a literal slider? or is it something you just add your game (like a lighting mod for example) if it is a slider, is it within cas?

@@christmysaviour3585 Yes It's a custom slider, it functions the same as a slider, it's in cas and yes you just put it in your mods folder :)
