Hi Naptown Nerf, thank you so much for providing this tutorial as per promised. Even though I have just skimmed through it, I will definitely be looking through your tutorial and I can finally purchase my select fire kit!!! I have delayed purchasing this kit for at least a year now as there were not enough support and step-by-step tutorial on youtube to follow. I sincerely thank you for this video!!!

Very informative video. I wish it had been available a few weeks ago when I had installed my kit, it would have made things a little easier. I ended up using a smaller switch (10amp DB2 cherry micro) to allow the modulator to be placed where they originally located it. Im only running a 2S so I'm not worried about frying it. I had a few issues with stripping out the heads on the self-tapping screws, so I would definitely make sure you're using an appropriately sized screwdriver for that part. All in all, a great resource for installing this awesome kit.

I have the version 3 select fire kit with the 3 mode selector switch installed. Today, after a year of ownership, I turned it on and a red button is continuously blinking!!

I tried installing mine but it won't do any of the modes. It is, instead, stuck on doing a 7 rotation burst for each trigger pull. Do you know of any way I can fix it?

Take off the lever for the select fire switch and make sure the line on the noob of the controller is pointed diagonally, like 10 o'clock. Them put 3d printed lever back on level, as it would be in single fire mode. It shows this in the directions, link in the description. I wish I would have said this in the video but mine was already in the correct position and forgot about that step.

Have the same kit but the gear slips, 3D printing tolerances a bit off.

Try tightening the gear with the Allen key included.

I'm hoping to get to this before Endwar, but it will depend if I can find the perfect hydro dip film for this build, that's kinda what been delaying this project.
