Did you decal pause the napkin first before you used it it sounds like you did what kind of decoupage should you put on the napkin before you use this technique

Can you use this product to stick a photo printed at the drug store on wood or a river rock ?

I haven't tested it on those applications myself...it should work on the wood I believe...not sure about the river rock.

I purchased this and tried it. It is hopeless. It does not work. It was a waste of money.
