For me ISHB 200 is OK why he said that doesn't check. Someone make me understand. Thanks

When I do calculations for me the ISHB 200 is safe in Bending as its Md= 66.23 KN-m which is greater than acting B.M. of 56.25 KN-m. Is anyone finding this section Unsafe ???

Yes, from interpretation it is coming around 65 kn-m so it is safe
