Hutts the red bomb in the inventory makes so that the first 5 bombs on a floor open up red dors like the red key. Also the blocks will block enemys and there projectiles but not yours. And it is possible that you will find those items and find out what they do even without me telling you (:

So, quick little info dump for ya... The weird white blocks you saw during the Isaac fight? That was from the beret you got. I think it's called 'Mime Degree', where it creates invisible walls you can use to block shots. Don't like where they go? Walk over them, and they'll relocate themselves. A simple item, but effective!

Maybe a vanilla run would've worked better. The modder included 360 synergies with vanilla items, but we didn't see any because fiend folio adds so many new items to the pool. Also, vanilla has way more poop and flies for Henry to work with! Great video but not a good showcase of the mod.
