Hey Kevin, I saw the monster router you have in the background of this video and it got me thinking, I’d like to see a video on your router and internet system, like what router you use and why, what the benefits are, do you have additional router extenders in your house? Or do you use a mesh system, with or without additional nodes intensifying the signal There’s so many options and models and strengths, and I still don’t really understand mesh networks Just an idea, I know that’s not really what you do, but if it’s gaming related then that’s a win lol

I got my modded zone elite 2 controller today. So it works as advertised the app connected to my controller with no problem and all the mods worked for me. Im using a iPhone 15. Only issue I had is only one of my back paddles don’t work. So I had to send it back today to get fixed. Hopefully I’ll have it back by Saturday and it’s fully working

Since this is right in line with the Scuf Instinct Pro i picked up last year I’m good with the pricing on this controller. Be aware that the ready to go controller from Modded zone did not come with back paddles, which I thought it did since it cost so much. That will be an extra cost for the back paddles. Also have issues with the Modded zone app keep having issues to reconnecting to mod chip. (using iPhone)

Kevin, I've been very conflicted on whether I should get the Dualsense Edge or the Modzone controller. I have many custom controllers but I really need one that has Macro features. Because I want to be able to program combos with one button. I know the Dualsense Edge has back buttons but I don't think you can set more than 1 button to it. I prefer my Edge over this one. Even though I am still fiddling with this controller. The bad thing about the Edge, is the battery life. I always turn off the vibrations (or keep them weak), for it to last a bit longer (average 3-4 total hours). For the Modded one, I taken off the vibration mirrors so I'm working of the battery life myself.

I don't understand the complaint about editing the controller with an app. Do you know how convenient that is, and who isn't going to have a phone that's spending what these controllers cost? With all of the other methods you mentioned your using the device its connected to, to edit the controller meaning you can't make edits on the fly, whats the difference? The only improvement is if they could add a hotkey combo to remap as you said. An app is a better solution to a program imo.

i wouldn't say they are fairly new they've had videos that have been around for 7 years, i had got one of their elite 2 controllers before the MZ mod chip (like 4-5 years old) and i got one of the newer models with the MZ mod chip, the older controller has held up some, my girl is actually using it right now, it gets jitters every now and then or sometimes if i hold down the aim button it will actually shoot as well (which is annoying and i have to shut the controller off and turn back on so that doesnt happen, BUT what i'm really looking to say is the elite 2 controller with the MZ mod chip that controller we have that has FAILED on me TWICE and that controller was purchased around christmas 2022 lucky the first time failure happened it was under their standard warranty time it seemed my left stick went haywire, and a few months ago the right stick started to have hang and drift making the controller unusable my character looks straight to the ground, which now i would have to pay out of pocket even if i paid the extra for the year warranty slightly a year out of if i would've bought their year warranty, like this controller knows to break outside of the warranty period ! i feel like if you spend a certain amount of money with a company there should ALREADY be some type of gold standard warranty with the item (especially if they back their work and name) and not have to pay a additional premium on top ! These controllers that are already almost the price of the system that we use them on ! I got the Elite 2 + Ultimate Mod Pack which put the controller at $329 i feel a 2 year warranty should be automatic.. i didn't even get the little card you did with the free $20 offer for mods that must be brand new !

Have one but until you get a 120hts for ps5 tv modded controller will get you killed more often, duel sense edge is the best, if you tweek it right 👍 but pc gamers have an advantage over most consoles with 60 hts tv with only 2.0 hdmi.

I only just heard of this thing within the last week or so. I think it’s fairly new. The whole “Ultimate Mods” and all that. Someone please tell me if I’m wrong.. FYI I don’t advise buying the dual sense edge atm. It has A LOT of ups like controlling every setting on the console immediately but it fell apart too quickly, and not having the extra two buttons or paddles even as an option, you’re stuck with two (no macros either)… Lol, I can see by the shorts it’s been around about a year. So still somewhat new. Not at all brand new…

They mod the edge now too but with less options and modded zone use to have the multiple button pair option but decided to use a app now probably money. Everything but anti recoil should be fine I've used these mods and they almost always are a disadvantage because of enabling and disabling as of warzone. You don't want to be dropshoting when you have a heady. But turbo jump auto ping and rapid fire are cheap but wouldn't call it cheating also rapid fire might be a disadvantage toas there's no button to disable it on the fly or remember to. They should have a battery option with the edge and make use of the profile buttons at the bottoms

@Drewfromthabottoms I didn't have the best experience. Ended up getting a full refund though and it was easy. It came with the slightest stick drift but the audio when using headphones didn't work. Well, it BARLEY worked. Not enough to actually hear. Sent it in for repair, it came back in worse condition. At that point I just asked for a refund. I will say they were super responsive. Also my buddy got a ps5 controller and had an opposite result and couldn't be happier.
