Modding Minecraft into the PERFECT VR Game

In this video I take on a journey to find mods to make Minecraft the best
VR game possible. It was a pain to get mods that worked, especially considering many mods were either incompatible with fabric or with Vivecraft. This video is made using Fabric 1.19.3 and not all of the mods will be available on Forge.

Luminous is a perfect texture pack to add for torches because it adds particle animations in your hand and the 1.18 version works on 1.19.3

Another mod you may consider is titled "Do a Barrel Roll" and allows you to fully control roll, pitch, and yaw, but I'm not sure how well it would work in VR By the way, awesome video, this is just what I've been looking for to really get into Minecraft VR, thanks, you've definitely gotten my sub!

For those wondering why there are two doors that overlap when you open doors with the physics mod, you gotta go into dynamic blocks and remove doors and trapdoors or remove the couplings mod

I’m gonna try doing this, though I’m a little scared since it’s on a non-gaming laptop. It’s always been kinda sad when it comes to working vr. However, I am able to work mods in normal Java and the occasional shader by itself. So fingers crossed!!

You might be able to get it running with many performance mods (im running 1.20.1 with nvidium, sodium, and a few others and its great), but on a non-gaming laptop I would also be worried

Two other really good sound mods are ExtraSounds (currently 1.16-1.19.2) and Auditory (1.19-1.19.3) ExtraSounds adds a satisfying sound whenever you pick up a block/item, equip it, move it in the HUD, ect. While auditory adds very nice sounds to placing and breaking blocks. Personally I'm using Minecraft 1.19.2 fabric, since all the mods mentioned can be used in that version, as well as a few others.

There is a cool mod called “spider 2.0” on the old versions and it has a port to the newest version. The name of the port is “Nyf's spiders”. Check it out. It is really unpopular mod, but cool and simple mod.

first person model mod is now compatible theres a mod called VR combat that adds compatibility support for better combat and vivecraft ViveCraft Compat allows alot of popular mods to be compatible with vivecraft hope this helps, or maybe you have these mods already

Ehy, loved your video! But the audio quality of the recordings with the mask on is a bit off. Maybe try adding subtitles or using adobe's podcast thing to enhance voice clips. Btw I'll definitely try this modpack next time I'll want to play vr
