Thanks for the video. I am curious if the pilot can manually turn the Mode-s transponder On/Off.

You are welcome!! Yes, a Mode S transponder can be manually switched on or off. Please see the transponder operations, at gate during startup stby mode, before entering active runway in TA RA Mode. After landing on reaching bay it'll be turned off.
