Is there a way to change the orientation of the products coming out of the feeder? I've imported a CAD file and wanted to make it as a product, but it came out in a different orientation on the conveyor than I wanted like "standing" instead of "lying down". Is there a way to change it?

Yes, that is possible. There are a few ways. One way is to import the CAD file as a component, and then rotate the component to the correct orientation, and then select a product type and reference that component. The product type should inherit the orientation. If you need additional help or solutions, feel free to contact support or post a question on our forum forum.visualcomponents.com/

Is there an option to feed more products at a time? For example 3 cylinders next to each other (not after each other), or at a set distance between each other at the same time on the same feeder.

In short, I'm a student, and me and my group want to make a factory model of our "candle filler production line" with VC. It is my job to do this, but I already have a lot of issues with implementing our processes, ideas, solutions into the model (for example feeding more glass jars at a time, implementing a big wax container, which goes into 3 other smaller containers with the scent and color, then filling up the jars with wax, etc.). Now, unfortunately, during classes we only got a brief introduction to the program, and no further guide whatsoever.... Which means I have to figure out myself how to solve our problems and how to implement our solutions into the program, which I don't really know either..... I don't know what the program itself is capable of (i.e. could it even show/model the liquid (melted wax) flowing into the jars, or will it just show the pumps going into the jars and then back up again, visually putting nothing inside), which is not a big deal (the less the program is capable of, the less precise and realistic I have to be with the model). Help would be appreciated.... :)

Yes. We recommend you try this in Visual Components 4.3. If you need more info, feel free to contact support or post a question on our forum. forum.visualcomponents.com/
