Hey Amy. Nice entry. Stair placement unique. Love that there’s a powder room and the front bedrooms has its own en-suite. Amazing open concept. Can even get a larger dining table. Kitchen window unique. Perfect spot spot as staged for a plant or weekly flowers. Spacious pantry and island. These rear entry homes are nice especially with the apt over the garage. But the downfall is no pool. Love that the lanai is covered with a breezeway. The apt is nice. Wonder if can put a full fridge. If not can get an counter single burner electric cooktop and a countertop ice maker and of course a microwave like you said. Cozy loft space. Think I would want 2 sinks. Spacious bedroom and balcony too. Nice. Nice second bedroom. Nice size laundry. Would add cabinets. Primary is nice. En-suite a little small but enough. Lovely home Amy. In the apartment, you could definitely fit a full fridge... that wet bar area can be designed however you like it!
