Hey Amy. 🤣. Yes you got it in. Spacious entry. Nice open concept. The additional kitchen cabinets great. 1/2 bath powder bath great. Love the garage entry right into the kitchen. The door to outside in the laundry is unique and a plus. Loft area great for homework station or like you said, gaming. Big first bedroom closet. Nice size bedrooms and bath. Owners suite nice. En-suite a little small in comparison but enough. Nice starter or retirement townhome for ones able to climb stairs and don’t care for a pool in their backyard.
