Yes, I know the A330 has 2 engines not 4. Yes, I know the 777 has 3 rows of wheels on each side. Yes, I know the A350 has 2 or 3 rows of wheels on each side. I’ve gotten a lot of comments about number of engine and number of wheels. Though those are important aspects, they aren’t the topic of the video, which is primarily to demonstrate the different gear tilt & suspension mechanisms.

i like how the camera moves while the 737 lands and the camera does not move when the a330 lands. just because the 737 lands hard (ryanair) and the a330 always lands smoothly.

Well, the setup I had with the camera attached to the side of the treadmill meant it shook aggressively when the plane was in direct contact with the belt. It was an unintentional effect, but I’m glad you found it interesting.

Fun fact, the only reason landing gears are tilted is because of storage purposes. Except on the 777 where they actually "push" the plane up during take off before leaving the ground completely. Givinf the pilot an extra of control

Great demonstration of the landing gear tilt on a couple of aircraft. If you do a part two, it might hurt be fun to see some more unique ones like MD-11, A340 with the center gear, or if you have the parts, A380 or 747 would be cool. Also, Concorde?

The A320 has 2 engines, the 787 has 2 engines, the 777 has 2 engines, the A321 has 2 engines, the A350 has 2 engines, the Embraer 195 has 2 engines, the Bombardier 800 has 2 engines. Oh yes, I forgot that this was a demonstration of the different style landing gear.

I have this plane at my house! I like how you did the 737 landing gear. I converted it into a 737 myself! With a few differences. The landing gear actually retracts and mine is lower to the ground than this one! I wish I could show you so we can compare the differences, but I don’t know how.
