In my research frac sand can be loaded into gondolas, I use woodland scenic ballast fine buff, I agree it shouldn’t get wet but have seen photos of frac sand in the open and it looks yellow in color.

Your locomotive should be numbered 3808 because the locomotive your using is a gp50 not a gp38
