12:40 look like a Shark Brake Van, Stafford is not far from where I live which is Rugeley. Honestly wouldn't mind going to a Toy Fair now to get some models but Stafford do have a model rail exhibition on the 24th and 25th September which is at the Country Showground which I'm planning to attend. congrats on reaching 1K and great video.

As timbersurf said some cheap items but prices on pre owned Lima and mainline etc are creeping up even in our towns were I thought it would be cheaper,but,love a good look around fairs it’s hard to limit how much cash you budget allows hehe anyway I’ll hopefully be going to warley at the NEC maybe I’ll see you both there mate ,take care both of you ,Mark 😃😊👍🏻

Prices are all over the place at these events, it's not unusual to see the things more expensive unboxed than boxed on another stall! To be honest I've not noticed prices creeping on Mainline stuff but the Lima locos seems to be holding their value very well. That could be due to them being very durable and easy to upgrade. £10 for Wrenn wagons is dirt cheap - on e-bay we are talking £17 plus postage! I am dead jealous of you too walking around these shows. With all the bargain prices. They are nearly always too far for me to go and I have no transport.

Hi Ken, we mainly cover shows in the North West of England so it would help if I knew roughly where you could travel too. I guess England must seem pretty small to an Australian! At the moment I am unsure what we are doing in September as we have a holiday booked. I think the best thing I can do is open a post on our youtube community page so both I and others can discuss the shows happening in September. I will do this in the evening UK time. @@wellchuffedrailways Well start London, Bath, as much as we can go all over east /west Norwich, Leicester, Sheffield, Machester, Liverpool, Mighty Leeds, York than up to Scotland family background in Brechin. We may start in reverse I need to see model train show sales and shops. I know of some of the bigger shops Hattons, Rails of Sheffield, etc. Where do you go for bargains old Triang, Hornby, Lima stuff. Any shops you would consider we will be driving around. Or a train if I have too. Anyway thanks for the help. Your videos are great I just want to grab stuff watching them. So much cheaper than in Australia. Kind Regards Ken

Quite a lot of tat but some good bargains too. "Do you take card? 14:15 Rather short-sighted by traders not providing that option; how many people walk around with cash nowadays? Especially if they want £65 for an item.

Hi Peter it certainly pays to have a good look around doesn't it. A lot of actual shops have stopped taking cards due to charges imposed. Some of the traders at the fairs don't actually do this full time so I can understand them not taking cards. I usually take as much as I want to spend but sometimes you see something you have been after for quite some time .. thanks for watching Rick 🚂☮️😀

Not nearly as much as 00 but enough to make it worthwhile going. I know very little about the N gauge and it's pricing but we do film it from time to time but not on this occasion or at least not in the final edit. (We filmed over 2 hours of footage) You are not the first to mention N Gauge so I think we will include more from now on. Cheers for watching. ☮️🚂😀

There is about it nowhere near as common as 00. Funnily enough we have just filmed at an exhibition in Keighley and there was more N gauge than usual and we did film it! It's not something we know a lot about but it's always nice to look at. Thanks for watching Bill. ☮️🚂😀
