I bought one last year when the first rumors of EC broke. At this point, I'm probably not going to buy the launch box because I have too many models to paint all year, but I'd like to play EC eventually! Even on his own, the retro Noise Marine looks like a joy to paint. I am having trouble finding it on ebay right now. I see a couple in the fancy, purple box, but mine came in a generic character blister. That made me think he's not really "Commemorative Series," but the purple box definitely screams that. I guess he was upgraded to semi-permanent production?

As an imperial agents player, necromunda is a fantastic source of alternative models for rogue trader entourages, priests , inquisition retinues etc. Just a shame they are so expensive and there's so little stock.

I'd say the world eaters patrol doesnt any sense tbh lol. They've phased most vehicles out and it seems like having exalted 8bound and a dreadnought would be heavily op against most other patrols. Plus you go from 31 models down to 9, only believable part is 485 points 🤣 as for the grey knights theirs just looks even more ridiculous 2x vehicles plus a termie epic hero and the combined patrol is 605 points.

Even crazier they want to reduce sales of them by not allowing the Solar Auxilia Basilisk, Malcador, Sicaran, or Leviathan dreads in 40k. I would buy two Leviathans and a Sicaran just for my Deathwing, and my Krieg would have 3 of the big Medusa/Basilisks.

Watch GW repackage that one noise marine into the emperors children box set as the “free” model that gives the box set any value other than buying them separately! It’s a great model and if the box it in the big box and make it only available there they will get to sell more because ppl will always buy the box sets, but they will also save money because it’s already done 😂😂 🙄 F GW I haven’t bought a product from them in 5 years! IDK about the noise marine being "removed from sale". The "sold out online" flag typically only means permanently when its for things they've already established is limited stock, like battleforce or army boxes. When GW retires regular things from the store they usually remove the page for it entirely. And often with some kind of warning ahead of time unless it's forgeworld. Most likely its just genuinely out of stock as a result of more people suddenly being interested in EC stuff. They have been mixing up the "sold out" and "out of stock" flags frequently for years. That or it's getting reboxed. But I mean, why would they keep it around for four years and then discontinue it without warning as soon as the faction its for actually comes out?
