Okay, first of all, I love the Guard army lore! Second, I think a giant firetruck-shaped transport for "providing aide" would be neat, but instead of water spouts, its napalm spewing fire and the service is pretty much exclusively be for officers and not the public.

I think a really good leader unit would be a private investigator/ detective agent who can sneak across the battlefield as a lone operative- and who could potentially do extra damage to either weakened units or when firing at them from behind

My only experience with list tailoring is when I've taught a friend how to play. I usually tailor both of our lists to have a little bit of everything, with their one having an advantage over mine. So far it's worked every time, my mates always have fun, and I can share my favourite hobby with my friends.

The problem with Kill Team is its a skirmish game with the rules hidden behind $150 monthly DLC. if you want to play any additional armies you have to buy another boxed set that is low print.

Love this idea so much, it's just not the aesthetic I'm into as a KSons enjoyer. The sculpts are really cool and seem to fit right into a grimdark setting. Can't wait to see what the community decides on this one and hopefully someone brews up some sweet custom army rules!

I think something like a punchy robot or dual wielding detective would make a unique character model. either way a pair of weapons named "Law and Order" is required somewhere.

I am collecting all the bespoke kill teams so snagging these combo boxes is massive for me - wasn't so much last season after the second box (so I had walls for 3/4 man games and boarding actions). Got a box reserved with my FLGS to make it 3 out of 3 this season. Just gotta print out the bheta decimal terrain at this point.

You could maybe add something like agent or secret police type thing, think FBI or Gestapo, as more specialized and covert operatives. Could be interesting twist on style too. EDIT: I'm thinking (wo)men in long coats with pistols rather than heavy guns but someone you really don't want to meet. Maybe some cybernetics to make them scarier or maybe even dehumanizing, like face replacing pieces.

Luckily my local game store started up a kill team event recently. So I’m more than happy to put the custodes on the back burner and play ad mech in kill team until they get fixed in a few months
