2 questions: 1) why the cannons are not painted like those on the quarterdeck? 2) which color code of seizing Tera 180 do you use? Thanks and kudos for your work

I didn't paint any cannons. I can only blacken all the metal on the model using a metal finish such as Brass Black. The only difference is that these cannons had some kind of protective coating, so I soaked them in acetone for 2 hours before blackening...

Gentile signora Olha....le vorrei chiedere se per formare l asola che si aggancia sul occhiello in metallo usa un filo speciale....perche il filo che ho a disposizione io si affloscia e rende difficile e poco credibile il risultato finale....SEMBRA quasi un filo da pesca ma penso sia qualcosa altro...se può dirmi che filo usa le sarei molto grato.......e sempre complimenti per i suoi lavori..

The lashings on the gun carriages prevent depression of the muzzle for aiming. Something isn't right there.

There - everything is wrong! Even the gun itself is smaller than in the drawings. Not to mention that these guns are not from this period and in fact such gun carriages did not exist. Just quality details but absolutely fictional. Nobody really knows what guns were on her but definitely not these weird ones)))...
