In India, flipping can be done in two ways 1)Either you buy an really old house at some good area and repair it and sell it off 2) Or you have to construct your own flat on your own , basically you should not have middleman they reduce our profits.

Hi, so I've made a video about that on this channel, about the BRRRR strategy. As someone as pointed out below, you can refurbish a stand alone home, or make what is called a builder floor Have a look at that video, it covers this topic in more detail!

I have a very rude tenant who is not vacating my flat despite giving notices. They are provoking us to file a case so that they can enjoy the long proceedings of the court. When will this act be applicable in Kerala and how it will help me?

So the implementation will depend on each state, but unfortunately existing leases made under the Rent control acts of different states will not be covered by this. Unfortunately what you are describing is one of the reasons why these new measures are being introduced.

So right now as you know, things might be a little tricky with remote work. However, you should have a look at IPCs, which are international property consultants, they hire for marketing out of college. Jobs with large developers are harder to come by, but yes, if you want to enter this industry these jobs would be ideal. Outside of this you can also look at brokerage firms near you, which will help you learn about this industry. Hope that helped!
