Is this yacht size too large for an owner-operator couple? It seems that 60ish feet is about the high end.

68’ feet seems about the high-end. Although the new Nordhavn 80’ feet is allegedly operable by a couple, at least by design.

Three things that I didn’t like about this video,no microphone on the “guide” showing the boat,useless music between the video segments,that only made you turn up and down your volume,and last but not least,NO COVER OVER WHAT EVER MICROPHONE !!! That you used for the exterior video,beside that I love the Nordhavn boats :) :) :)

They have an option for twin main engines or a single engine with a wing. Some opt for twin main engines because it can bring them to around 12 kts.

@@123OGNIAN yes. For a Nordhavn, they usually have a single main engine and a wing engine. That engine is meant to bring the boat to trawler speeds. The owner of this one needed a bit more speed than a normal Nordhavn so he got the optional twin main engine.

2.9 million isn't a whole lot for the mega wealthy. Operating expense 290,000 yearly. Better have a good residual income. They sure did do a beautiful refit on a 11 year old vessel. My guess is around 400k.
