Literally this evening, after a long painful (actually, spent with pleasure) three days, I finished the work following your lesson. Despite the fact that I took another Porsche (77' 911 Turbo 930) as a basis, the entire modelling process turned out to be more than understandable and straightforward, albeit with some nuances. Thank you for the very detailed process of working with the "one geometry" method. With it, the result is very stylish and really charming. You have a very promising and cozy channel. I'm really looking forward to your new timelapses and lessons! Wish you more grateful subscribers and strength to continue developing your creativity. :)

Hey man for some reason I’m struggling at 6:46 where you extrude the roof. When i select those faces in mode 3 as you are, they come straight up like a box instead of the surrounding edges coming up with them to create the cabin area. I see that you said grab the edge to connect the roof and pull it up as well but I didn’t see what that meant. So I’m stuck. Any help would be cool. Thanks for the video

There is the subtitles by "srt" file, (it's simpler than your blue color) it's multi-language, you add the file when uploading youtube, and anyone can read the subtitles in their language, that's what I did on some of my videos.
@sevengraycubes5 ай бұрын
i need to follow time code with subtitle so again have to edit every line
@fox-anim5 ай бұрын
@@sevengraycubes In fact the "srt" file is a text file, there is no need to take out the video editor and re-do an extraction if you want to change 1 sentence, it is the most basic. And yes there is a time code for each timeline, but in general I put "3 seconds" per line displayed. Ask tchatGPT to give you a summary, he knows everything. I put this comment on the SRT, because I saw that you made a huge effort to add a font and color it. Try the SRT with just 2 sentences, you will see that it is very easy, and you will save a lot of time, and it is practical.

Maybe you are just selecting the next vertex with a mouse click but you seem to move around the arch selecting different vertices and I didn't know if it was mouse click or keyboard stroke. I think in the Maya editor you can select adjacent vertices with the keyboard arrows. Didn't know if that was possible in Blender. Hello, I wanted to ask a couple of quick questions. And because you mentioned in a comment that you're Croatian, I'll speak Croatian so nothing gets lost in translation.

Cool work! But hey it's not full tutorial though. It's just a timelapse video with no narration.
@sevengraycubes Жыл бұрын
That's a pretty harsh criticism. The video is mostly edited in real time with some timelapse moments where nothing new happens. And instead of narration, I use subtitles. Anyway, thanks for the comment :)

@@loopcuthero no no real and constructive criticism allways wellcome just on this one i worked a lot of hours in modeling and editing to provide it to the audience on a simple and easy to understand way...so call it a timelapse kinda strike :)

@sevengraycubes without s doubt, you're doing great job. I just forgot that I am a buddhist, gotta be kind to people and give it a thought before I open my mouth or type smth. Peace 😊

appearently a "timelapse video with no narration" can help an absolute dummy like me lol

I'm not sure if I admire, or hate, the way how you absolutely couldn't care less about all the spiky geometry errors you create by beveling & extruding the body lines. It may serve the purpose for this low poly display model, but it makes it impossible to tessellate.

Lol love your comment :) just mark sharp at the end it will auto correct most errors. I dont consider myself an artist but i prefer artistic approach over a technical one...less stress and time needed :)
