私もあまり詳しくないのですが、企業などでは現在Mayaのほうが多く使われているようです。就職など考えていたりお値段を気にしないで使えるのならMayaがいいのかもしれません。ただBlenderは無料で使えますし、KZbinで参考にできる動画がたくさんあるので独学にはおすすめです！
