There's no addon - metaballs are part of Blender.

As has been mentioned this isn't an Add On, it's contained within Blender.

@Jutzuz No problem at all. Always happy to help of there is anything specific. I think the only non-native add on I use is Machin3 Tools for the pie menu in this video.
