Your topology at the end looks very neat to me! But I'm a newbie so I cannot be sure. So can I ask you why at the beginning you say that this topology will not be optimized for animation?

I said that because I haven’t test myself this topology for animation so I don’t know how it will act, and also I’m a beginner when it comes to animation so I pretty sure there must be some way to improve this topology ! (Bc I know for deformation you need loops to be at a certain place in order for your mesh to deform well)

Hello, I had a question, how do you make the extrudes? I tried it several times and they don't come out like you do in the video, it extrudes inwards and not like in the video

To extrude I only press E. But if you have a weird look maybe try pressing I (I as insert face) maybe it will work better for you ?

This tutorial has to be wrong. None of the steps make sense (and the shortcuts at the bottom right are wrong), and none of the steps said do what yours does.

I don’t know how the shortcuts could be wrong when it’s showing all of the keys I’m pressing on my keyboard + mouse (and there is even the same shortcut on the left just in case) so 🤷🏻‍♀️ And for the steps I don’t know what to say like, it’s writing « part 3 the eyes » and i’m literally explaining how I did the eyes so ?? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I even write all of the chapters in the description with the timecode

@maoly_studio It doesn't include all of the keys you press. As one point it literally just says "Tab" then "A" which doesn't do anything. And I never mentioned the chapters of the tutorial?? Idk, it just isn't helpful at all and doesn't actually explain what you're doing. You just do it. That's not a tutorial.

those are the right steps, "tab" enters to edit mode or object mode and "A" selects everything. Maybe you should look for a video that teaches you all the basics of blender before trying this tutorial. I did everything she did and it ended up looking just like in the video.
