Nepotism is usually looks/plastic surgery + family. Being born with good looks is an advantage, but as we see with actors, plenty of good looking or talented people miss out on jobs because some rich kid got the job instead. The issue with nepotism is that it's shoving people who are actually good at the craft out and pushing in people who are less talented but have connected parents. In a few cases like I'd argue the Hadid sisters, they at least had some talent, but if it weren't for their parents, they wouldn't have gotten as big as they are.
