Wow, that's an awesome video Todd! I am thrilled to hear you like the Kit! ❤ Killer grooves you created there! 🤘🏻

Very interesting, Dom. It'd be interesting to be able to route DAW channels/Busses through this as an FX processor. Any chance we may see something like this in the future?

Great video. Question on the multi-output. Will that circumvent the mixer effects?

Hi John. I would assume so. But I happen to be working away from that computer for about a month. Maybe it would be good to message Dom directly. (Or maybe the manual mentions it)

Thats a really good video! I am new to the external Drum Library/Plug Ins. Can you please tell me: Do I need something else as the Modern 80s Drum Kit when using it with Logic? Thank you very much!
@ToddUrban7 ай бұрын
You do need to download the player for the library. I believe Dom has instructions on his site, and he’s a great guy. It’s a super fun product and sounds great too, so a great chance to get you started with a unique library in Logic

@@ToddUrban thank you so much. What I need to know is something else. I figure, to use different Drum librarys, one need to download or buy different players. For instance with NAtive Instrument. It seems I have to download the Kontakt Player to get access to all the librarys. Is this the same with this Software of Dom Sigalas or with Addictive Drums, Groove Agent 5 etc? Would be great if sou could shed some light for me since after more than 20 years with logic, I never used 3rd Party Drum Librarys. Thank you so much!

@SaschaOnBass yes, with Dom’s you need Halion, which is free. Same with all other products. Many use Kontakt. Some use Opus by EastWest, and there are a bunch of others. But you just need to identify where to load it and it becomes easy.

Does this machine also contain drum loops or are they "just" different drum kits with different sounds but without drum grooves?
@ToddUrbanАй бұрын
The purpose is to replicate the sound of iconic drums and be able to mix them all in one interface with creative effects. I'll need to double check, but I don't believe there are any loops or patterns included. (I had to rebuild my machine for a totally unrelated reason and have yet to put this back on....)
