overall nice at walang issue. walang sign na renovated ito maliban sa layout. wala na siguro bubong at kisame ito at naisipan na nila taasan ang ceiling. hindi neutral o polarizing yung napiling floor tiles sa harap ng bahay. parang sayang o hindi bagay ang bar doon.

I love the high ceilings. Spacious Ang dating. But, this gated subdivision is secure 24/7 with roving guards. Why install window grills? Mukha tuloy police station holding cell. Dangerous pa nga. Tanggalin na lng dapat, buyer na lng ang mag decide Kung gusto nila ng grills.
