'Modern Chairs' - A Total Quality Management Training Video

A Total Quality Management training video that our final year class at the University of Edinburgh made in the style of Charlie Chaplin's Modern Times. The inention was to teach, teamwork, production line processes, process optimisation, defects, quality, and continual improvement 'Kaizen'.

Brilliant!! Great for those Lunch & Learns to the whole workforce including Sales and Accounts to understand what we are all trying to achieve and inspire them to use in their departments too!!! All ideas are transferable e.g. what you use at work also help in the home. Kids tidy your room = use 5s's = takes ½ hour per week!
